Teaches forms from Daoyin Yangsheng Gong and Health Qi Gong. (3rd duan in HQ)
She was trained in Daoyin Yang Sheng Gong at the Life Care Center School (part of the Belgian Health Qi Gong Federation and the International Health Qi Gong Federation) with Thésy Vogliolo De Keukelaere and Chinese teachers from the Sports University of Beijing, Tsinghua, Shanghai but also Beidaihe Hospital (China).

During her internship, she perfected her knowledge with the following teachers:
Yang Yu Bing from Peking University, Professor Zhang Jian alias Walakin, Nephew of Professor Zhang Guang De, Professor Lei Bin, Health Qigong Champion Ms. Liu Xiaolei, Coach Mr. Li Wei, Ms. Liu Yafei and Dr. Xiao Yuande.

Besides the therapeutic and energetic aspect of qigong, there is also the more sporty, athletic branch of this art, the Belgian Health Qigong team, having participated in the following competitions:

2 first places in team (Belgian Health Qigong Federation) with Yi Jin Jing and Ba Duan Jin.
Individual silver and bronze medal with Yi Jin Jing and Wu Qin Xi.
